Mannesmann Line Pipe supplied over 4,000 HFI-welded steel pipes for the cutting-edge WarmtelinQ district heating network in Rotterdam. The pipes, which come in various sizes, were manufactured to exacting standards and within tight production tolerances. At the request of the operator, Gasunie, each individual pipe was also subjected to a comprehensive full-body ultrasonic inspection. This process examines both the weld and the entire base material, reliably ruling out any material defects – ensuring maximum safety and durability.
