The project is a key component of Europe’s hydrogen infrastructure and connects the Port of Rotterdam to the Dutch national network as well as to Germany. The goal is to transport green hydrogen efficiently and establish Rotterdam as a leading hydrogen hub. Mannesmann Grossrohr supplied safe and durable steel pipes for the approximately 32 km long pipeline. The pipes are designed for the transport of hydrogen, thereby supporting the development of a climate-neutral energy supply.
