Description
Our precision steel tubes for tubular drive shafts, which our customers weld to attach components, feature outstanding geometric properties and are manufactured from high-quality carbon, manganese-boron, or air-hardening steel. Selected wall thicknesses and centerline deviation tolerances ensure excellent static and dynamic fatigue performance. Steels used by Mannesmann Precision Tubes feature defined microstructures and high deformation capacities. This makes them suitable for cold forming processes as well.
Mannesmann is capable of meeting the requirements for increased load cycles in electric vehicles through optimized surface quality and the application of high-strength materials.
