Description
The rotor shaft is the central drive shaft in electric motors, and Mannesmann supplies precision steel tubes to the automotive sector for its manufacture. In doing so, we provide a resource-efficient alternative to rotor shafts made from solid material, with corresponding weight savings. Working closely with our customers, we develop innovative solutions to reduce manufacturing-related wall thickness variations in order to meet the high standards for concentricity, load-bearing capacity, and cost-efficiency.
